Rent a car without credit and debit card

Car rental prices and general information

Both the payment and the security deposit will be in cash, so you can rent a car without having a credit or debit card. However, to send a deposit to block a reservation, it is also possible to send a bank transfer or make a payment on the PostePay.

The minimum number of days for renting a car is three. The duration is calculated per day and not on 24 hours. Our prices include an average mileage of 100 kilometers per day. In practice, by renting the car for a week you will have 700 kilometers of travel included.

To rent a car you must be at least 21 years old and have a driving license from one year. The maximum age is 80 years.

The following summary table shows the costs * for hiring a base category car during the low season. Unless otherwise indicated, our quotes have a maximum validity of 7 days or until the availability of the vehicle’s category is out of stock, for more information go to the Terms and Conditions page .

For rentals of at least 30 days the base price is € 25 per day.

The prices shown in the table are modified as described below.

Daily price changes

High season:

High season prices are not indicated as they are extremely variable. If you want to know the price, you need to request a dedicated quote. If not confirmed by sending a deposit, it will have a maximum validity of 7 days unless otherwise specified. The periods considered high season are the following:

• Summer: from 1st June to 30th September
• Winter: from December 20th to January 5th
• Easter: the week before and after Easter

Vehicle categories:

• Basic: citycar with small displacement (1.0 or 1.2) petrol, 3 or 5 doors and 4 or 5 seats (Opel Corsa, Fiat Panda or similar).
• Intermediate (+5 Euro): citycar with medium-sized displacement (1.4 or 1.6) diesel, 3 or 5 doors and 4 or 5 seats (Peugeot 207, 1007 or similar).
• Superior (+15 Euro): (family) MPV with larger displacement (2.0) diesel, 5 doors and 5 seats (Mercedes B-class or similar).
• Superior category automatic (+20 Euro): like the superior category but with automatic transmission.
• Vehicles with 6 or more seats: for cars with 6 or 7 seats and minibuses with 8 or 9 seats, consult the dedicated page.

Other additional options:

• Additional drivers (+5 Euro): for each additional driver.
• Young Driver (+10 Euro): for drivers aged between 21 and 23 and / or with less than three years of driving license. However, it is necessary to be at least 21 years old and have had a driving license for at least one year.
• Lift for children (+2 Euros): minimum 5 Euros, up to a maximum of 20 Euros (3-12 years old).
• Child seat (+5 Euros): minimum 10 Euros, up to a maximum of 50 Euros (1-3 years old).
• Snow chains (+2 Euros): minimum 5 Euros, up to a maximum of 20 Euros.

Price reductions:

• Rental duration (variable): the longer the rental period, the lower the daily rate. The prices for the low season are shown in the table.
• Reduced mileage (-5 Euro): with this option you will have 50 kilometers per day included instead of 100. This option is valid only during the low season and for rentals of at least 10 days.

Price variations independent of the duration of the rental (to be added to the total):

• Out of hours services (+10/20€): 10 € for services offered from 10:00 to 19:00 outside opening hours. 20€ for services offered between 8:00 to 10:00 or from 19:00 to 22:00.
• Night services (+30€): for services offered from 22:00 to 8:00 outside opening hours.
• Shuttle service**: up to Amantea or Nocera Marina 10 Euro. Falerna Marina or Belmonte Calabro Marina 20 Euro. Lamezia Terme (including the SUF airport), Longobardi, Fiumefreddo Bruzio or Gizzeria 30 Euros. Paola Station 40 Euro.
• Off-site car delivery or return** : up to Amantea or Nocera Marina 20 Euro. Falerna Marina or Belmonte Calabro Marina 40 Euro. Lamezia Terme (including SUF airport), Longobardi, Fiumefreddo Bruzio or Gizzeria 60 Euro. Paola Station 80 Euro.
• Global Compact supplementary insurance (+10 Euro): all-inclusive insurance for roadside assistance.
• Extra kilometer package (+80 Euro): at the beginning of the rental you can buy one or more packages to have 500 kilometers of mileage. These will add up to those already included.
• Exceeding the kilometers included (+0.20 Euro per kilometer): if the mileage included in the contract is exceeded, the cost will be 0.20 Euro per kilometer. This amount will be paid at the end of the rental.

Free options

• Car with reduced rental deductible (option valid only with basic category cars): by renting cars with a lower commercial value, you can obtain a reduction of the deductible. The value may vary depending on the car in question.
• Guaranteed 5-seater or 5-door car: free option only during low season. In case it is during the high season or both are required, a supplement may be applied. These options are already included in higher category cars rentals.

It is highly recommended to book well in advance during the high season, specifically in August. While during the rest of the year with at least 24 hours notice. In the case of rentals outside the opening hours, specifically on holidays, with at least 48 hours. This is both to make sure that the car is available when you need it and to prepare the contract in advance. Otherwise it would take us about 20 minutes to complete it.

* The prices are purely indicative. They could undergo variations based on the request, the period, the availability and the desired vehicle. Other price variations can be applied with requests not illustrated on our site.

** the costs of the services are one way with a car. For other destinations in addition to those indicated please ask us. In case there are out of hours in the off-site delivery or return services, they will be applied twice. This is because they require at least two people to offer them.
